Biography

Gyula Horvath received Ms.C. degree in electronic engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economy, Faculty of Electrical engineering and Computer Science; specialization in Microelectronics, and Cable Television Systems. From 2004 to 2007, he was a PhD student at Budapest University of Technology and Economy Faculty of Electrical engineering and computer Science. Since 2005, he is an assistant lecturer at Department of Electron Devices (BME). His research fields are design of Analog and digital VLSI circuits and MEMS structure, thermal characterization of MEMS structure, Laser interferometry, nanometric scale dilatation measurements, battery modeling. His other interests are ambient intelligence, developing electronic systems, computer technology, embedded system design, thermal characterization and modeling, and robotics.
