Ali Kareem Abdulrazzaq

My research interests include the topic of electro-thermal modeling for semiconductor devices and systems. Investigating the PV cell physical parameters, as well as the environmental parameters and exploring their effects on the possible variance of the final I-V characteristics. Also, investigating the spectrum of the incoming lights on the PV Cell.
