Biography

Zoltán Kovács (dipl. electrical engineer) was born in 1978 in Budapest. He graduated in 2001 from the Budapest Technical College as electrical engineer and engineer-teacher with diploma of college degree. In 2008 he took the degree of electrical engineer at the Budapest Technical and Economic University, Faculty of Electrical engineering and computing, major: imbedded and information systems. Working places : 2003-2004: Fuzzysys Ltd., constructor of integrated measurement and control techniques; 2004-2005: Honeywell Regulation techniques Ltd. Actually he is a PhD student and from 2009 he was promoted to Assistant Lecturer at the BME Department of Electron Devices, his subject is short pulse thermal testing of power LEDs. He was also key contributor to the hardware design of the first Hungarian pico-sattelite (MaSat-1).
